About My Clients
I am passionate about working alongside children and their families to provide evidence-based interventions that promote wellness, and improve the overall health for clients as they address emotional and behavioral health related issues. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents addressing general mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, adjustment, life transitions, and trauma. I work with children, youth, and their parents in Oregon and Washington.
My Background and Approach
I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Oregon. I completed my master’s degree in counseling psychology from George Fox University. My experience over the past 2 decades includes providing therapy at Randall Children’s Inpatient Psychiatry, Randall Children’s Clinic, Easter Seals Children’s Therapy Center, and The Children’s Clinic. I am trained in ACE’s and resiliency, and hold a Certification in Therapy with Adoptive and Foster Families from Portland State University.
