About My Clients
Do you struggle with thinking "will I ever feel at peace in my body", "I am worried what people think about me", "I don't feel like I belong"? Perhaps you struggle with confidence, perfectionism or people pIeasing. It may also be that some of these feelings are resulting in troubles with eating, social isolation, skin picking or other behavioral patterns that are making your life feel smaller. If this sounds like you, I believe we would be a good fit.
My Background and Approach
My approach balances space for reflective growth to identify root causes, while also identifying concrete skills and coping tools tailored to your unique goals and symptoms. I use an integrative approach to individualize treatment based on your needs. I draw from modalities such as CBT, CBT-E (for eating disorders), DBT, ERP, psychodynamic, relational and mindfulness. Together we will explore how ways of thinking and acting once served as a way to protect you but are now holding you back. Whether you are trying to overcome diet culture, tackle anxiety, or figure out how to be yourself in world where authenticity is a rebellious act, I am here to guide and empower you on this journey. I look forward to working with you and providing the safe space needed to help you thrive!

Social justice values are also crucial to my work and I encourage these conversations in session. I also align with Health At Every Size and intuitive eating principles. I am neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ affirming. I believe your uniqueness is your superpower and look forward to helping you feel confident in embracing all parts of yourself!
