About My Clients

I specialize in the big feelers, the overthinkers, and those who have always been searching for answers, but maybe didn’t have the resources, or the safety, to find them. I focus on creating a container that allows you to explore your inner and outer worlds in a way that feels less scary than it might have always been. From a diagnostic perspective, I have extensive experience in treating developmental trauma, addictions, eating disorders, and all flavors of neurodivergence.

My Background and Approach

I have additional training in neurofeedback, parts work, EMDR, Brainspotting, psychodrama, and sand tray and primarily utilize a blend of SE, parts work, and drama therapy. I offer virtual sessions in Missouri, Texas, Ohio, Idaho, Virginia, Maryland, Iowa, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and am pending licenses in Illinois. I offer a reduced rate for therapists and SE students and a sliding scale for personal sessions towards SE credit.
