About My Clients
If you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are high-functioning adults or couples navigating complex trauma, high-conflict relationships, betrayal, sex addiction, or patterns of emotional or sexual disconnection. They’re often the “strong one” and are ready for deeper, lasting change, not just coping.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) Candidate under CSAT supervision and work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and non-shaming approach. My work integrates EMDR, somatic and parts-based approaches, and attachment-focused therapy to help clients restore nervous system safety, rebuild identity, and create healthier patterns of connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Each person arrives with a unique nervous system, history, culture, and set of relationships that shape how they experience the world. My approach is holistic and collaborative, we work together to understand what your mind, body, and emotions are communicating and tailor therapy to your specific needs. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you; it’s about creating safety, understanding patterns with compassion, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
