About My Clients

You probably had expectations for how motherhood, your pregnancy, or birth might be like, but nothing is going how you thought. Maybe you don't feel yourself anymore and you are wondering how you got to this place. Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest first steps and prioritizing your mental health is important and probably one of the reasons you are here.
My Background and Approach
I have a passion for working with moms and teen girls helping them to regain hope and build resilience. My approach is gentle, warm, and inviting. Come share in a safe space, free of judgment. I work collaboratively with my clients helping them find practical tools to manage their anxiety and depression. You have strengths and things you are good at-let's work together to find those and build on them. I have been working with children, parents, and their families for the past 7 years ranging from in home therapy, school based therapy, crisis intervention, and managing a day treatment program for children, adolescents, and their families.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mom of 2, a wife, and have a passion for working with moms and families to regain hope and build resilience. As a mom, I get it. The chaos, the unknown, questioning if we are doing a good enough job, worrying about mistakes we may make as a parent. I want to help other moms figure this out and we don’t have to walk this mom life alone. Families are not perfect and we all have our struggles and experiences that will influence our decisions and our path in life. My father struggled with addiction and mental health issues from a young age and this ultimately led to his passing. I wish someone had been there for him and that he received the help and support he needed to be successful and have a happy life. Some get to know me facts I was born in Southern California I love Colorado for the sunsets I've had 2 pregnancy losses I have 2 wonderful daughters I love to read I enjoy going on walks with my family I love to laugh I love coffee and shopping!
