About My Clients
I have experience working with adults and adolescents who are learning to cope with anxiety, depression, processing trauma, difficulties in relationships, and adjusting to life transitions. My work as a clinician stems from a sex-positive, feminist perspective and is rooted in social justice. I use both narrative and psychodynamic modalities in my work and have an interest in working with issues related to trauma, sexuality, and cultivating healthy relationships.

I believe that every individual deserves individualized therapeutic care. I believe in integrating various techniques to ensure that you are receiving the care that is best for you. I utilize narrative and psychodynamic modalities to explore your past experiences and address how they influence you in your daily life. I also integrate mindfulness-based practices that can be used outside of the session space to help you feel better equip to cope with day to day stressors.
