My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a combination of evidence-based modalities and a deep understanding of the human experience. Through narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, somatic techniques, and body awareness practices, I provide a holistic framework that addresses your emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in Chicago, spent a number of years living internationally, and eventually moved to Colorado in early 2021. I thoroughly enjoy reading, starting my day with a long walk, and baking sourdough bread. I'm passionate about health and wellness, being a Chicagoan, & trying new recipes. I believe that all humans are worthy of love, respect, and dignity.
