My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is uniquely designed to meet your needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all, so flexibility is essential for progress. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but incorporate many other approaches based on the the presenting issue and what will work best based on your strengths. My sessions are also very relaxed and personal. My style is different than what you see in movies or on TV. I want you to feel just as comfortable coming to therapy as you would having coffee with a friend. I believe feeling comfortable and supported in a relaxed environment enhances the therapeutic relationship and ones ability to achieve their goals.
