About My Clients
My clinical focus is on working with young adults, college students, graduate students, and young professionals who are struggling with anxiety and perfectionism. I also enjoy working with people who are navigating relationships, experiencing life transitions, and exploring their cultural and individual identities.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I received a B.A. in Psychology, English & Classics from Emory University. I believe that the therapeutic process is an ongoing journey of self-reflection and a pathway to increasing one’s self-awareness. My role is to be present with you as you embark on this journey and help you navigate the challenges that occur in its natural course. I create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment, one where you can feel validated in your experiences and emotions. I practice from an integrative perspective to alter my approach in therapy to fit your individual needs.
