About My Clients
I work with couples who are struggling with communicating and feeling heard, who are having difficulty with trust, who are having trouble with resolving conflict, or who are having challenges with intimacy. I help individuals who are struggling with patterns of unhealthy relationships or who are having trouble with managing stressors. I also help families who have conflict and communication issues or fathers who are having difficulty with developing healthy relationships with their children.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. In my profession, I have earned a BA, MS, and PhD degrees. My approach to psychotherapy is systemic, client-centered, and emotionally focused.

I believe in helping people share their story in a non-judgmental compassionate, and emotionally safe environment that leads to healing, growth, empowerment, and change.
