My Background and Approach
I’m so happy that you’ve found me. I provide a safe and warm space for us to begin our journey to uncover your authentic self. I work from a psychodynamic and attachment based lens. This means that together we dive deep into your past experiences, relationships, and memories with curiosity and empathy. We explore how these experiences help to shape current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying and exploring patterns, we seek to uncover deep-seated emotions while fostering healthier connections with others. Together, we aim to bring unconscious, deep-rooted influences to light, bringing awareness that will help create lasting personal growth and emotional well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe change happens in the context of safe, authentic connection. Whether you’re wrestling with self-worth, relationship patterns, or burnout, the heart of my work is helping you feel seen, understood, and empowered to live more fully. As a queer therapist, I’m committed to creating affirming, nonjudgmental space for all identities. I advocate fiercely for the LGBTQ+ community and those who’ve been historically overlooked or underserved. While my work is grounded in the therapy room, I also believe that healing shouldn’t be limited to it—I often use my knowledge as a therapist to support others through education, outreach, and systemic work.
