About My Clients
My clients have arrived at the conclusion that something needs to change in their relationship. Whether it's communication, getting on the same page, working through conflict, or just improving your emotional connection, I can assist. I offer weekend sessions for couples who may not have weekday availability and I use a personalized approach to counseling that take your goals and desired outcome into consideration.

I don’t have an agenda and I will meet you where you are. We will talk about what’s on your heart and mind and identify your goals. My goal is to support you and to help you find ways to take your relationship to the next level and work through the challenges you're experiencing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Black woman living in the United States, I wear multiple hats like many others. I grew up in a religiously conservative household and spent some of my childhood on a compound. I’ve wrestled with reconciling spirituality with the religious ideals I was taught. My journey has been one of learning how to manage stress, intentional personal growth and radical self acceptance. It is this knowledge and experience that I bring into my practice and in my work with clients.
