My Background and Approach
I use a unique combination of evidence-based treatments that can help calm your nervous system, get to the root of your challenges, heal old wounds without having to relive them, and then create new patterns. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, but I commonly use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting or EMDR, somatic therapies, mindfulness and breathwork practices, ketamine-assisted therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

You may be feeling overwhelmed (even just finding the right therapist can be really hard), but I am here to help guide and support you through the process. And while my goal is to help you heal and bring about the changes you want for your life, ensuring you always feel cared for, understood, and in control of the process is my first priority.
