About My Clients

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and difficult or overwhelming experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can openly talk through what you’re experiencing without judgment while learning to better understand yourself, your emotions, and your needs.

My Background and Approach

I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and provide therapy from a warm, person-centered and trauma-informed perspective. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and openness is an important part of meaningful therapy. I work collaboratively with clients rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, because your experiences, goals, and needs are unique to you. In our work together, I may incorporate approaches and strategies that help you process difficult experiences, understand patterns in your thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in your everyday life. I value creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, breathe, and make sense of what you are experiencing. I’ll meet you where you are while also gently challenging you when it may help you move toward the life you want.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. Our backgrounds, relationships, cultures, and life experiences can all shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us, and I believe those parts of you deserve a place in therapy. I value approaching each client with curiosity rather than assumptions. I recognize that asking for help can feel vulnerable, especially when you have spent a long time trying to handle things on your own. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, be honest about what you’re experiencing, and work toward greater self-understanding and confidence. Outside of therapy, I value family, culture, continued learning, and meaningful connections with the people around me. I strive to bring the same openness, compassion, and respect into my professional relationships that I value in my everyday life.
