About My Clients
Do you feel stuck? Desiring to do something different but find yourself repeating the same patterns? Do you and your partner(s) find yourselves having the same argument? My Background and Approach
There are times in life when we lose our joy and our motivation, we shut down emotionally, and we live in our trauma. Together we can break down those walls and work both on the interpersonal and relational level (couples, families) to bring joy, peace, and happiness back into your life. Therapy is not a bandaid, and there might be times when the days feel darker than ever before. If you’re willing to do the work and are eager for growth and transformation, I would love to support you with my background in Bowenian and CBT; we can work to create a plan that works for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with clients of all different backgrounds, ages, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish. I conduct individual/couple/family video sessions on a private and safe HIPPA-compliant platform.
