If my client’s were describing me, I think they would say I am personable, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I started my career as a licensed addiction counselor and later worked my way into clinical mental health therapy. I understand the ins and outs of co-occurring disorders and effective treatment. Mindfulness, MI, CBT, behavioral therapy are just some of my approaches I have found effective to assist client’s with meeting their goals! Let me help you, help yourself!
