About My Clients
You’ve spent so much time trying to hold everything together that somewhere along the way, you lost sight of yourself. Now you’re ready to stop shrinking, second guessing, and settling. You want to feel grounded in who you are and confident in how you move through the world. I support clients who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, and codependency, especially those seeking a deeper connection to their authentic self.
My Background and Approach
As a pre-licensed therapist under clinical supervision, I provide a safe space for you to explore what growing looks like for you so that we can grow together. I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, received my Bachelors in Psychology, and am pursuing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health. I provide counseling that focuses on increasing self-confidence and self-acceptance. I want to foster a feeling of being known deeply and I do this by transparent communication with you. I use a mix of person-centered, existential, and parts-based approaches to help you understand your inner world more deeply. Together, we’ll explore the different parts that want to feel safe, the ones that carry self-doubt, and the ones that are ready to grow. I’ll also support you in exploring life’s bigger questions, like “Who am I?” or “What do I really want?” in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing begins when you reconnect with who you are at your core. The most powerful work we can do is the journey back to ourselves, and that happens through honest connection, self-awareness, and learning to trust your own inner voice. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, especially those in marginalized and underrepresented communities. I welcome all beings and believe everyone deserves care that centers them with care that is affirming, compassionate, and rooted in respect.
