About My Clients

My ideal client is someone ready to actively engage in therapy and committed to meaningful change. They may be navigating ADHD symptoms, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, or the complexities of daily life within the LGBTQ+ community. They are open to self-reflection, willing to build coping skills, and motivated to better understand themselves while creating a more balanced, authentic life.

My Background and Approach

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) dedicated to providing affirming, evidence-based care. My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges, with a strong emphasis on serving the LGBTQ+ community. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build practical skills, regulate emotions, and develop healthier thought patterns. My experience includes working with clients facing high stress, relationship concerns, and identity exploration, helping them move toward greater clarity and self-acceptance. I approach therapy with warmth, collaboration, and structure—balancing insight with actionable tools. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is not only psychological, but deeply spiritual. As a therapist, I honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that true growth comes from nurturing all parts of ourselves. My values are rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that every person deserves dignity, safety, and the freedom to live fully as they are. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and advocating for equal rights, inclusion, and acceptance for all people. I view spirituality as a personal and evolving journey—one that can provide meaning, grounding, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. In my work, I create a space where clients can explore their beliefs, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and align with their true selves. I believe that when people feel spiritually connected and empowered, they are better able to heal, grow, and build lives rooted in purpose, balance, and self-acceptance.
