I am dedicated to support your unique needs, empower you to tap into your strengths and values, equip you with tools that will benefit your mental wellness, and uplift your voice so you can speak your truth and embrace your identities confidently.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to welcoming each of my clients with dignity, respect, and inclusion so they can feel comfortable bringing their full authentic selves to each session. I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience and are the source of their own solutions. My style is guided by a human-centered, collectivist, and strengths-focused approach and I like to include a blend of techniques and interventions rooted in: Liberation Psychology Narrative Therapy Solutions Focused Therapy Mindfulness I bring a playful, creative approach to my therapeutic relationships and strive to ask strong questions during sessions and in the form of journal prompts that allow folks to expand their thoughts and challenge their assumptions.

I’m dedicated to sharing my clinical skills and knowledge with you so that you can experience liberation from your doubts, anxieties, insecurities, and the traumatic impacts of “isms”. Through our therapeutic relationship, I empower you to elevate your strengths, lean on your community, gain clarity about your purpose, learn practical skills, identify what’s holding you back, and take valuable steps towards mental wellness.
