About My Clients
I work with adults, couples, and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or major life transitions. They are often seeking a supportive space to gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping adults, couples, and parents navigate life's challenges with improved clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, which is why I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. I believe therapy should be both supportive and empowering. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and work toward meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. Life can be challenging, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their experiences, emotions, and goals.
