I strive to partner with my clients on the pathway of life. Your goals and needs are my top priority and together we will find solutions to the problems you face. I work best with teens 15+ and adults.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, this focuses on your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes. I believe we often have the answers inside of us, it just takes someone to help us develop the tools needed to understand how to overcome any obstacles before us. I focus on working with clients ages 15+, with a variety of concerns. I offer an empathetic, nonjudgemental approach to counseling.

I personally believe that we are all valuable regardless of age, sex, gender, or race. I create a judgment-free space where you can be your true self.
