About My Clients

I work with teens and adults navigating eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, body image concerns, and neurodivergence. My clients are often caring, capable people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. In therapy, we create a supportive space to explore what’s going on, honor your experiences, and work toward healing that aligns with your values. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to walk with you.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP, LMHC, LPC) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) with advanced training in EMDR, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and provide trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in various levels of care, including higher-acuity settings, and now focus on providing virtual therapy to teens and adults. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in creating a safe space for healing. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and strengths, helping you explore stuck patterns, reconnect with your values, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether you’re navigating food and body challenges, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, I’m here to support you with tools, insight, and care. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where you are met with deep respect, curiosity, and hope.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a therapist, I believe in meeting each person with warmth, respect, and genuine curiosity. I value authenticity, trust, and the power of a safe therapeutic relationship. I practice from a trauma-informed, body-liberating, and neurodiversity affirming lens because your lived experience deserves to be honored, not pathologized. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches. I believe in listening deeply, holding space for your full story, and supporting you as you reclaim parts of yourself that have been silenced, shamed, or overlooked. I value collaboration and transparency in the therapy process and trust in your inner wisdom, even when you’ve been taught to doubt it. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to move forward in ways that align with your values, not mine.
