About My Clients
Are you a highly sensitive person, experience anxiety and/or depression, or have a history of complex trauma and adverse life events? My Background and Approach
I use Polyvagal Theory as my primary foundation in working with clients. I will walk with you as we weave the body, mind and soul together. I will ask you to become curious about all your parts of self that may be needing support and attention. My goal for clients is the same goal I maintain for myself: to always seek your highest self in this journey of life. We will work together to uncover insight into your past so you can understand your present: ultimately creating a lasting transformation and sustaining hope for your future. Whether you are new to talk therapy or just seeking a new perspective, I welcome you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Some of my framework with clients stems from the approaches I have received from therapists and helpers in my past. I am able to offer true empathy and relate on a personal level as I have navigated and healed through many of the topics and issues I help my clients work through. I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
