My Background and Approach
In addition to having a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling I also hold a Masters in Project Management. My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard and supported as we work towards greater clarity and calm. I use techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
