About My Clients
Have you been told to "just take a medication" but felt there was more to your story? Mental health symptoms are rarely caused by a single factor. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, and substance use concerns. Together, we will look beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, therapy, and other supportive interventions.
My Background and Approach
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults throughout New Hampshire. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and other mental health challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Together, we will explore the factors affecting your well-being and develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, supportive therapy, lifestyle changes, and other evidence-based interventions. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward improved mental health and overall wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity. Seeking help can be difficult, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and understood. I value a collaborative approach to treatment and believe that meaningful change happens when providers and clients work together toward shared goals. Mental health is influenced by many factors, including our life experiences, relationships, physical health, and environment. Because of this, I believe treatment should be individualized and focused on the whole person rather than a diagnosis alone. I am committed to providing evidence-based care while recognizing that each person's journey is unique. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools that support long-term wellness, resilience, and personal growth. Healing is possible, hope is important, and positive change can occur at any stage
