About My Clients
I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of the clients I support are teens facing academic or social pressures, adults seeking greater emotional balance, and individuals looking for an affirming space to explore identity and relationships. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and am committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a collaborative, client centered style. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership, and I work closely with clients to identify goals that matter to them. Together, we focus on developing practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening confidence both in and outside of therapy. I value empathy, empowerment, and I help clients better understand themselves as they navigate the developmental transitions, social pressures, and emotional challenges that arise across different stages of life. My approach is warm, supportive, and flexible, meeting each client where they are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves access to mental health care that is compassionate, affirming, and free of judgment. I am deeply committed to supporting clients as people and honoring the unique identities, experiences, and strengths they bring into therapy. I believe growth happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to show up authentically. Outside of therapy, I value connection, learning, and personal growth, and these values shape the way I show up for my clients. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, grounded, and collaborative where clients can build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
