About My Clients
Many of the people I work with struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, or use self-harm or substances to cope. Some experience thoughts of not wanting to be here, or carry the weight of past trauma such as domestic violence or sexual assault. Others face ongoing relationship challenges that feel hard to manage alone. If any of this resonates with you, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping adults navigate life’s toughest challenges. I’ve worked in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and community mental health, gaining a broad perspective on how mental health impacts daily life. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing self-harm, suicidal thoughts, anger, and the lasting effects of domestic or sexual abuse, as well as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, blending evidence-based techniques with a client-centered focus. Together, we build safety, trust, and practical coping skills to process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and navigate life with greater balance and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand how painful and isolating it can feel to be stuck in cycles of self-harm, thoughts of suicide, or the lasting effects of abuse. I approach this work with deep compassion and without judgment. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as we work through the pain together. I draw on years of experience supporting individuals in crisis and those healing from trauma, using a calm, grounding presence to help you reconnect with your sense of safety and self-worth. I believe that healing doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection — it happens through trust, understanding, and small steps toward hope.
