About My Clients
I enjoy helping adults learn to better manage severe anxiety, assisting them with managing unbalanced relationships in their lives, and working with first-generation college students/alumni. For relationship therapy, I often see couples who are struggling with communication and connection, intimacy and sex drive/desire issues.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative, and based in the here-and-now. It's my goal to honor your unique intersectionality, which deserves to be affirmed, no matter how you may identify or who you love. While completing my practicum, I trained at The LGBTQ Center OC where I became experienced with LGBTQ-affirming care, trauma-informed care, gender identity issues, monogamous and non-monogamous couples issues, and co-facilitated the weekly Women's Group.
