About My Clients
I have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families who may be going through a difficult season, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, communication issues, family conflict, and personal growth. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds in both English and Spanish.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength based approach to help my clients reach their goals. My style is warm and compassionate, and my hope is that every individual/family gets to live a life that feels genuine and true to themselves.
