My approach integrates psychodynamic theory, Jungian depth psychology, and mindfulness practices. I see therapy as a journey to find what you need to become your most authentic self, identify what obstacles stand in your way and discover what strengths you already possess. With greater understanding, some therapeutic tools and the courage to act, change is possible.
