About My Clients
My practice supports adult women navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, PMDD, burnout, and life transitions. Many women carry emotional stress while balancing family, career, and personal expectations. I provide thoughtful telehealth psychiatric care for women in Florida, Idaho, and Colorado who want a supportive space to be heard and begin healing. Faith integrated care is available if desired.
My Background and Approach
My approach to care is thoughtful, collaborative, and centered on the whole person. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy for women navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum mood changes, PMDD, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the women I work with are balancing significant responsibilities while quietly carrying emotional stress. I strive to create a space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported without pressure or judgment. Treatment plans are individualized and may include medication management, lifestyle considerations, and therapeutic support based on each person’s needs and goals. Care is provided through telehealth appointments, allowing women across Florida, Idaho, and Colorado to access mental health care in a private and convenient setting. Faith integrated care is available for patients who wish to include their spiritual values as part of the healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, respectful, and centered on the dignity of each individual. Every person deserves a safe space to speak openly about their experiences without fear of judgment. Healing is not about perfection but about understanding, growth, and learning how to care for ourselves in healthier ways. I also believe that emotional well being is connected to many aspects of life, including relationships, physical health, personal values, and life experiences. Effective mental health care considers the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms. For some individuals, faith and spirituality are an important part of healing. When desired, these values can be respectfully integrated into care. My goal is to support each person in a way that honors their experiences, strengths, and personal beliefs while helping them move toward greater balance and well being.
