About My Clients
I work primarily with women and young adults navigating high-functioning anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional weight of balancing multiple roles. Many of my clients are high-achieving yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched thin beneath the surface. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and supportive, creating space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable and real.

My approach is grounded, gentle, and very human. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. Just show up as you are! We slow things down together and make room for what’s really going on beneath the surface, whether that’s stress, burnout, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Sessions are collaborative and conversational. I meet you where you are, and we explore patterns and experiences in a way that feels supportive and manageable, not overwhelming. I draw from evidence-based tools, but I don’t lead with rigid structure. At the heart of my work is helping you feel a little more steady, understood, and connected to yourself again, in a way that feels natural and sustainable in your real life.
