About My Clients

Many of my clients look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected inside. They’re often high achievers, deep feelers, or quiet strugglers who carry pressure from family, culture, or religion. I support people moving through trauma, chronic stress, shame, spiritual wounds, and identity shifts. My clients want a space where they don’t have to hold everything together and can finally slow down, feel understood, and begin to heal.

My Background and Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply grounded in the nervous system. I blend somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and parts work to help you understand the patterns your body has been carrying for years—especially those shaped by high-pressure families, religious environments, chronic stress, or early emotional wounds. I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to notice what’s really happening underneath the surface: the tightness you’ve learned to ignore, the emotions pushed aside to stay “strong,” the beliefs that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck. I bring a background in clinical social work, integrative somatic trauma therapy, and years of experience helping people untangle shame, spiritual pain, anxiety, and complex trauma. Sessions with me are gentle but honest, grounded but spacious. Together, we move at your pace, building safety, curiosity, and clarity so you can feel more connected, empowered, and whole.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is a deeply human process—one that honors your nervous system, your lived experience, and the parts of you that learned to survive in ways you’re now outgrowing. I value compassion, curiosity, and the right to question or reshape the beliefs, roles, and expectations you inherited from family, culture, or faith. I support LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, as well as anyone navigating anxiety, shame, trauma, identity shifts, perfectionism, or feeling “never enough.” I believe in dignity, autonomy, and the power of safe relationships to repair old wounds. I’m committed to creating a space where your whole story is welcome—your joy, grief, confusion, anger, numbness, and hope. You deserve a place where your voice is respected, your boundaries matter, and you don’t have to hold everything together alone.
