With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in trauma resolution and generalist concerns like anxiety and depression. My practice integrates evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I’m licensed to provide telehealth services in California and Texas and supervise other social workers. In addition to individual and couples counseling, I serve as a Crisis Management Consultant, supporting clients during national disasters and personal crises. My expertise in trauma-focused care equips me to provide effective and compassionate support for those seeking healing and resilience.
