About My Clients
There is no right way for you to show up — you can come just as you are, at your own pace, and in a way that feels right for you. I work with AAPI and BIPOC individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relational conflicts, intergenerational trauma, ADHD, career stress, and cultural identity. I also support clients looking to navigate faith and spirituality, religious trauma, grief and loss, and existentialism.
My Background and Approach
I strive to offer a collaborative, non-pathologizing space where you can be your truest self, ask the hard questions, and work through the things life has handed you. Confronting your pain points can be tough, and creating change around them can be even more challenging. I’m here to walk with you through all the ambivalence, discomfort, and even fear. As we work together, you can find yourself moving beyond the roles, expectations, and pressures you’ve been carrying, allowing you to better align with who you are and bringing you relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe that people are inherently capable, resilient, and experts of their own lives. Honoring your lived experiences is central to our work together as we shed light on your authentic voice, values, and strengths. I integrate psychodynamic and relational approaches with a trauma-informed lens, tailoring our work to what feels most helpful to you.
