I use different tools to help my clients realize their resources, talents, and capabilities to their advantage. The tools you need maybe right in your tool box. My goal is to help you utilize my skills combined with your resources to alleviate your relational stress, anxiety, and or depression. Coming to therapy isn't a easy decision. However, I have dedicated myself in making the experience welcoming and beneficial.
