About My Clients

I focus on supporting folks experiencing grief and loss of any kind, as well as those working through attachment (family of origin) traumas, multiracial identity, life transitions, and religious trauma.

My Background and Approach

I graduated with my Masters in Social Work in 2016, and then I received my social work license in 2022. My work experience has been as a therapist with teenagers in schools, as well as working at a children’s hospital. My work at the children’s hospital included supporting bereaved families through the Bereavement Center. I have been in private practice since 2023. I have worked with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I love supporting people in unearthing shame and finding ways to be kind to themselves, which I have found Internal Family Systems (IFS) is incredibly supportive of that healing process. I received my Level 1 IFS training in 2025.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I identify as a multiracial person of color and approach my work from that lens. I am trauma informed, strengths based, somatically oriented, and with an understanding of the influence of systems and environments on individuals.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
