About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck despite “doing everything right”? Whether you’re a teen, young adult, professional, or parent, anxiety and depression can make even small tasks feel huge. I specialize in supporting those who appear high-functioning but struggle inside with anxiety, negative thoughts, or burnout. If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and feeling disconnected, I’m here to help you find balance and relief.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both professional training and lived experience with anxiety, which gives me a unique understanding of what it’s like to struggle with these challenges. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe space where you don’t need to have it all together, you can simply be your authentic self. Together, we’ll make sense of emotional patterns and help you break free from cycles like overthinking, self-doubt, and low motivation. Through our work, you’ll learn practical tools such as thought reframing, emotion regulation, grounding techniques, and strengths-based coping strategies that empower you to manage anxiety, depression, and life’s demands. My goal is to help you build resilience and find relief, so you can navigate daily challenges with greater ease and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person is inherently good, and that our experiences and behaviors are deeply shaped by our environments. I also believe in the incredible potential for change within everyone, no matter how gradual that change may be. I’ve witnessed powerful healing and growth firsthand, and I’m committed to walking alongside you every step of the way, no matter the pace. Being a therapist is truly a gift, and I feel honored to support everyone who reaches out to me. To me, therapy is a safe, confidential space where you can be your authentic self. I believe that healing happens not just through what we talk about, but through the trusting, compassionate relationship we build together. While anxiety and depression are natural parts of life, they don’t need to be accompanied by shame or guilt. Having personally experienced anxiety, I understand how overwhelming it can be, and my goal is to help you overcome those struggles so you can live a healthier, more hopeful life.
