I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Brown University and my Master’s Degree from Columbia School of Social Work, where I was a participant in the Office of Mental Health and Dean’s Consortium of Evidence-Based Practices. I have received additional certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Assertive Community Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Complicated Grief Therapy, as well as in The Center for Practice Innovation's IMPACT OCD, preparED Eating Disorders, and LGBTQ+ curricula.
I am a sex work(er) positive, LGBTQIA+, kinky, and poly affirming therapist who uses an eclectic treatment approach tailored to your unique experience. Using a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, I aim to work collaboratively with my clients towards healing. I hope to foster a sense of safety, respect, and openness in the therapeutic space. It is through this work and deep human connection that you can build your most authentic and fulfilling life possible.
