For over five years, I have had the pleasure of listening to client's stories. I have supported clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem/body image challenges, grief, trauma, family dynamics and interpersonal relationships. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was first called to counseling through my own therapeutic journey. In doing the transformative work of therapy, I felt called to give back the gift that was so generously given to me. Due to my experience, I have deep respect and compassion for anyone who walks through my door. I hope to be a helpful resource for you as you take a chance on yourself.
