About My Clients
Children with feeding disorders may experience food selectivity, tube or liquid dependence, lack of self-feeding, difficulty with texture advancement, and/or mealtime problem behaviors. I provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to address the behavioral component of feeding disorders, and teach you the skills to transition success to home.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychologist and doctoral-level board certified behavior analyst with over 12 years of experience assessing and treating feeding disorders using evidenced-based behavioral treatment. I am licensed in MD. I also have PsyPACT so I can provide telehealth services in most other states. When initiating services, I complete a comprehensive intake evaluation, identify therapy goals in conjunction with the client and family, and use evidence-based individualized behavioral treatments to work toward feeding goals. As effective strategies are identified, caregivers are taught these strategies during appointments and are provided recommendations for mealtimes between appointments.
