I work primarily with adults who are encountering life transitions, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, among other issues.

I am a solution-focused therapist committed to helping you reach your goals to live a more productive life. I believe that focusing on positive aspects can assist you in highlighting your strengths and freeing you from the quagmire of your past, or fears of the future. I incorporate a blend of eclectic psychotherapeutic techniques as every individual is very unique! I am here to process with you ways to live a more authentic, emboldened experience while utilizing coping mechanisms. I work with all ages of clients, ranging from young children to older adults. Different stages of life bring about different issues and unique challenges in which I am privileged to be a witness to. I welcome the chance for you to be able to share your journey with me.
