My Background and Approach
I take a real and directive approach with my clients so they feel emotionally safe yet challenged to grow. I provide an individualized client centered approach and value a systemic lens; looking into all of the relationships within your life that are making an impact. I am trained in EMDR and often utilize Emotionally-Focused and Narrative Therapy.
