About My Clients
As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Community, I have found a deep passion and empowerment in working with those alike. I specialize in treating teens and adults with anxiety, grief, mood disorders, self harming behaviors and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to meet individual needs which may include: improving relationships, healing from traumatic experiences, processing significant life changes, or managing feelings of anxiety. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

I believe in therapy being a safe and compassionate place for all to heal, grow, and transform. I am committed to building therapeutic relationships where individuals feel seen, heard, accepted and supported. I welcome you to show up as you are and feel comfortable being your authentic self without fear. Together we'll walk side by side as you learn to let your guard down, find solutions, communicate emotions and needs empathetically, repair after breaches of trust, and utilize your own strengths as you navigate the journey of healing and personal growth.
