My Background and Approach
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University in 2020. I am a New York licensed master social worker and moved to Florida as a registered clinical social work intern. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Experiential Therapy Mindfulness practice, Motivational Interviewing, and techniques throughout my practice to support individuals in their healing journey.
