I help parents who struggle with managing their child’s behavior and anxiety stop the feelings of guilt, loss of control, and frustration by demonstrating how to best approach the uncertainties of parenthood. I offer guidance on how to feel empowered in your parenting. It is possible to enjoy being with your kid and teach them healthy limits. My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping parents discover their strengths as a parent and feel empowered to be their best version. I help caregivers who feel stressed with parenting learn how to communicate with their child, understand their needs, and learn research-supported skills that help set their child up for success. I teach parents that it is possible to be a loving parent that enjoys interacting with their child and feel confident in setting healthy boundaries when needed.Specifically, I help parents who have a child with disruptive behavior (ages 2-7) and parents with a child that experiences anxiety(ages 3-9). I also work with parents who want their own individualized support to focus on themselves and their role as a parent. Through our work together, children feel happier, reach success, and parents feel less overwhelmed and more confident in their interactions with their child. Together I will help guide you and your child to blossom to your fullest potential.
