I help people who are tired of carrying it all alone. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to let your guard down, talk about what’s really going on, and start exploring practical ways to feel more in control and at peace.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with a Forensic Concentration from Coastal Carolina University (Conway, SC) and completed her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I am currently an LPC-A, licensed in the state of South Carolina. Through my undergraduate and graduate studies, I have been exposed to various topics to include multicultural counseling, couples and family counseling, life span development, and career counseling. I have gained valuable experience working with individuals, children, couples, and families. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) treatment for trauma. I value creating a non-judgmental, open, and safe environment for her clients through honesty and building trust. I believe strongly in working with the client to help create a plan for overall wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of change and growth, both in ourselves and others. Mental health is a vital part of that journey, and I value creating spaces rooted in respect, honesty, and community where people feel safe to be themselves. Everyone’s story matters, and I believe healing often begins when we’re truly heard and understood. I’m passionate about learning, whether through books, deep conversations, or exploring the complexities of the human mind. In my free time, I enjoy reading, diving into true crime stories, and appreciating the gentle strength of pandas—reminders that softness and resilience can coexist.
