My Background and Approach
My approach is straight forward; hard hitting and gentle all at the same time. My sessions will always be client centered. This is a collaborative process in which I work together with my clients in determining what decisions work best for their wellbeing. In a session with me my clients can look forward to being supported through the laugher and the tears. Clients can expect to feel empowered enough to take on the world while knowing they have the safe safe to be supported & encouraged.

I believe that above all, self love sets the stage in how others perceive us. If self love is something you struggle with, allow me to assist you in finding & creating the love you deserve within yourself. We'll work together to explore and set healthy boundaries for yourself.
