About My Clients
I work with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. My clients are often navigating school stress, communication issues, perfectionism, or relationship challenges. They’re ready for support, curious about understanding themselves, and wanting a space where they can finally feel seen.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand yourself more clearly so you can create meaningful change in your life. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT-informed skills, and attachment-based work to help you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve communication. I’ve supported teens and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, family stress, and relationship challenges, and I work hard to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify what’s no longer serving you, and develop tools that feel realistic and empowering. My goal is to help you move from overwhelmed to grounded—and from self-doubt to self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your full self, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are. I’m an LGBTQ-affirming therapist and value creating a space where clients of all identities and backgrounds feel supported, respected, and understood. I’m passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, relationship patterns, and the pressures that come from trying to meet everyone’s expectations. I care deeply about mental health access, reducing stigma, and supporting communities who often feel unseen. Outside of session, I enjoy staying connected to my community, lifelong learning, and spending time with people who bring meaning and joy to my life. These values shape how I show up as a therapist—grounded, compassionate, and committed to your growth.
