About My Clients
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed by life. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, emotionally exhausted, or trying to reconnect with themselves after difficult experiences. I especially enjoy supporting teens and young adults navigating social pressures, identity development, confidence issues, and healthy communication.
My Background and Approach
I am an LPC-Associate dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and individuals in higher levels of care, including inpatient mental health settings. I have experience facilitating both processing and psychoeducational groups focused on emotional regulation, trauma, communication, coping skills, self-awareness, and interpersonal growth. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions. I believe therapy should feel both safe and practical, a place where clients can process emotions while also developing tools they can use in everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported without judgment. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, empathy, and respect for each client’s individual story and experiences. I value creating an inclusive and emotionally safe environment where clients can openly express themselves and feel empowered in their healing journey. I am passionate about mental health education, emotional wellness, trauma recovery, healthy communication, and helping individuals build confidence and resilience. I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are while encouraging growth at a pace that feels safe and manageable for them. Outside of counseling, I enjoy learning about wellness, psychology, mindfulness, and personal growth. I value genuine human connection, creativity, and helping others feel less alone in what they are going through.
